It is unique amongst municipal periodicals in Nova Scotia for its high-quality production values, storied history and range and quality of contents.

The Participaper aims to be inclusive, covering news of interest to people of diverse cultures and backgrounds that are at home in Inverness County. We hope to reflect the sense of pride that residents feel in our communities, and tell stories that celebrate our rich heritage, and our dynamic present.
